our lil' superheroes had a blast trick-or-treating.
it was simon's first time ever.
halloween gives the kids the perfect excuse
to visit some of their friends on the block.
gone are the days when toby needed his mommy
to lead the way from house to house.
toby and simon's favorite neighbors
were the ones who invited them to take
two, maybe three, pieces.
arggg...what did you do with
the itsy bitsy spider?
did you eat it?!
when all was said and done,
the candy collected and the spiders ogled at,
the kids came home and marveled at their stash.
could simon look any more pleased
with his jolly rancher?
amazing how a little piece of candy
just lit up his face.
