los angeles (sun)

sunday started with playtime in the park

with our dear friends sherilyn and david

and their twp beautiful daughters

next, we headed to cousin jordi's condo,

where our many cousins converged

for a fabulous brunch

(including viktor benes'

"alligator" pastry,

which we brought and enjoyed)

you'd think that would have been

enough socializing for one day - 

nay, for a lifetime - but wait,

there's more!

next we caught up with friends

daniel and joshua

and erin and scott,

both pairs of whom had recently become parents

(daniel and joshua of twins!)

we swapped kids a bit

(rick holding one of D&J's girls

and erin, the other)

 

in exchange, daniel got camera time

with toby and simon

 which was fortunate,

as rick was otherwise engaged

 adorableness was certainly

not in short supply

and a small segment of

that adorableness is even

already walking!

it was so much fun to catch up

with these long-standing 

(30+ yrs in the case of erin!) friends

and spend time with their

gorgeous, enchanting off-spring
