toby and simon started private swim lessons
today through the rec dept.
it was no surprise to us
that simon embraced his lesson enthusiastically,
as he has repeatedly proven quite a water baby.
toby, on the other hand, has always been
reluctant to enter the water at all.
imagine our surprise that during today's lesson
toby got his face wet, asked to go to the deep end,
enthusiastically embraced jumping in,
and begged to swim again soon.
hooray for progress!
is it possible that these boys will
actually be swimming by the end
of this session?
(i shouldn't ask for so much, right?)
